Our little Claire Bear is 18 months old today! She had her well-visit this morning and was actually sick poor thing. She came home with a fever yesterday, and had a terrible night - so we were glad to already have an appointment with her pediatrician today. She only has a little drainage from her ear tubes, and tested negative for the flu, so the doctor thinks it's just a virus. We'll have to go back in a week or two to get her shots once she is feeling better. And of course, Claire is still growing like a weed:
Height: 32 3/4 inches - 75%
Weight: 26lbs 2 oz - 75%
We're supposed to get her 18 month pictures taken this Sunday, but may push that back if she's not feeling well. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

- Welcome to our blog! My name is Heather Creel, and I've been happily married to my husband, James, for 5 years. At 12:58am on September 13, 2007 we welcomed Claire Elizabeth Creel into our family. She was 8 lbs 9 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She is such a blessing, and we are enjoying every minute of watching her grow and learn! We have a 5 year old beagle, Daisy, whom is also part of our family and extremely spoiled. We started this blog so that our family and friends could watch as Claire grows. We wish everyone lived closer so that we could see them more often; but hope this will help a little!

I hate sweet Claire is sick, but I'm glad she is a healthy, growing girl. She is still such a doll! Time has gone by really fast. I can't wait for Farrah to add another little one to our group!
Thanks Kelcei! Claire is doing much better now, so we'll keep our fingers crossed. I'm so excited about Farrah having a little one soon too....I hear Aunt Kelcei is already getting things ready for her niece/nephew to spend the night! We need to get together and having a sewing party soon...I keep seeing all of your pictures and everything looks so cute! I want to become a sewing diva like you and your mom! :-)
